Greece
All orders are shipped out of our distribution partner in Athens, Greece Shipments are being dispatched in daily basis except for weekends, holidays and strikes.

When the item is available is being shipped immediately and the estimated delivery is 3-4 business days (not applicable for inaccessible areas). The above delivery time is not applicable during periods of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed for the estimated delivery time. The shipping cost for Greece is €5 . The cost of the cash on delivery is €3.
In case of exchange or return of the purchased product (within Greece), the customer bears the shipping costs. For exchange with a new product, the cost of the new shipment is covered by the SOFRONASBAGS.

Cyprus
All orders are shipped out of our distribution partner in Athens, Greece. Shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. If a product is out of stock, you will be informed for the estimated delivery time.
